Some professionals offer one type of therapy to everyone. I don’t. 

As an online therapist, I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Why? Because even though, in some cases, one approach might be enough, the chances are to achieve long-term change we’ll need to use a blend to work on your past, present, and future.

So, while the actual journey is unique for each client, they always have one thing in common: a personalised blend of therapy with a structured and goal-oriented approach.

After working in the NHS for +15 years, I decided to help more clients like you as an online therapist. Why?

Our generation grew up and navigated our 20s with the pressure to be perfect and high-achieving. It was all around us, in the media, and in our parents’ expectations. From our career to relationships and our appearance; we had to “tick all the boxes”.
