Some professionals offer one type of therapy to everyone. I don’t.
As an online therapist, I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Why? Because even though, in some cases, one might be enough, the chances are… to achieve long-lasting change, you’ll need two or even all three of them!
So, while the actual journey is unique for each client, they always have one thing in common: a personalised blend of therapy with a structured and goal-oriented approach.
