Together, we’ll get clear on your most pressing symptoms, what beliefs and behaviours have been worsening them, and your biggest challenges and goals. After our 55 minutes together, we’ll agree whether to continue with ongoing therapy sessions (£100 per session).

Booking an assessment isn’t a commitment to ongoing therapy or a set number of sessions. But it is a commitment to investing in yourself and moving towards a life that feels successful and aligned (not just from the outside).
