Online therapy for successful, confident-looking women with self-doubt
No matter how much you achieve and all the self-help you try, are you still fed up, stuck, and overwhelmed?
With the right blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) online therapy, we can break this draining cycle for good.
It’s beyond time you feel fulfilled, make decisions confidently, and feel calm in your day-to-day life
Your life looks good from the outside, but it doesn’t feel right (and you don’t want it to continue this way)
You’re a woman in your 30s or 40s, with a successful career or business, and yet…
You often wake up feeling anxious, overwhelmed by your never-ending to-do list, worries, and racing thoughts
You either don’t know what you really want or your goals seem out of reach. So, you’re stuck on autopilot, constantly overthinking and second-guessing your decisions
You put a lot of pressure on yourself to be perfect and do everything. No matter what you achieve, though, you downplay it, convince yourself you’re secretly a fraud, or decide it’s not enough. In your head, you are not enough
You worry about what others think of you. As a people-pleaser, you got used to shrinking and being quiet so as to never rock the boat, always saying “I don’t mind”, “Sure, I’d love to do that,” and “That’s fine” even when it’s not true
It’s almost like you only exist in relation to work and others. By putting everything and everyone else first, you lost touch with your wants, needs, and values. You know something’s missing from your life, but the idea of exploring it—or even just making more time for yourself—feels selfish, like you’re not worth it
You’re anxious and ruled by your emotions, plagued by the feeling that something’s going to go wrong and you won’t be able to cope
So, you just focus on getting to the next day, distracting yourself with endless scrolling, shopping, binge-watching, or pouring yet another glass of wine until it’s time to go to bed, often wondering “Is this it?” before it all starts again
If some of these sound familiar, you might fear that’s just how things have to be for you, but I promise it’s not. Before we started our online therapy, that reality seemed set in stone for most of my clients, too. It’s not anymore!
During our time together, I had so many lightbulb moments where I was like “huh, that makes sense now!”, especially about how much I was still impacted by my experiences as a child.
Natasha ultimately made me realise that the panic was a symptom of underlying thoughts about myself and because of experiences I've had in the past.
Now, I have a lot more self-belief and confidence, sometimes I don't think I realise how much more confident I am until after the event and I realise that I did a good job!
My self-compassion has improved so much, too. I talk to myself in a much kinder way now and working hard every day on forgiving myself for past mistakes. Natasha helped me to see that being so self-critical was only keeping the negative core beliefs going and it felt like she gave me a permission slip to be happy.

There’s a reason why what you tried didn’t work. And it’s not you
If you’re like most of my clients, you’ve already tried or considered:
Self-help, like consuming the latest podcast episode or book, downloading apps like Headspace or Calm, or looking for all kinds of affirmations and self-care tips online, hoping the next will be the one that finally does the trick → but while knowledge and self-awareness are important, they’re not enough to make meaningful and long-lasting changes, especially without accountability and support
Yoga, which is a beneficial practice, for sure → but it’s only helped you feel calmer in the moment
Talking about it with your partner or close friends → but they don’t always get you, and even when they mean well, they’re not experts who can identify and deal with the root cause of your challenges
Counselling, which can be comforting when life throws you an unexpected curveball or you just feel a bit off → but if you’ve been stuck in the same patterns for a while, it’s not helpful to be asked “What would you like to talk about this week?” No wonder you were going round in circles
Coaching → but even though it might have benefited your business or professional life, it was too surface-level and focused on the future (like “Feel the fear, and do it anyway”... without understanding and fixing what’s causing that fear)
Medication, which can undoubtedly relieve some symptoms → but on its own, it can’t fix their underlying cause or give you practical tools to deal with new challenges
Alternative methods like reiki or hypnosis → but they aren’t evidence-based, and they often trigger a brief placebo effect without solving your actual issues
So, once again: you are not the problem.
The one thing you haven’t tried? Online therapy that’s as unique as your situation
Therapy goes beneath the surface of your symptoms and blocks, identifying and fixing their root cause.
While a single type can be enough, though, that’s rarely the case (so, if you tried one and thought “That wasn’t for me”, I believe you).
That’s why I trained in CBT, ACT, and EMDR online therapy: to offer you a personalised blend with a structured and goal-oriented approach for long-lasting change, not a temporary fix..
Natasha saw through the façade that I'd forced myself to wear for my entire adult life. Natasha proactively located resources that I could review in my own time. She helped me to understand why my brain had particular narratives, and that these could be changed.
Natasha enabled me to ascertain my own core values, and we then reviewed how my actions/behaviours were in line, or conflict, with those values. She encouraged me to challenge myself and others, to implement boundaries, and to give myself permission to have the life of my choice.
Without Natasha's time and support, I don't believe I'd have been able to harness my own power. To realise my own strength, give myself credit for my resilience, or to understand that I am capable and worthy.”

You can take control of your life, and future
An aligned and fulfilled life means something different for everyone, but based on my clients’ experiences, this is what it can feel like for you, too:
You wake up well-rested, energised, and excited about the day ahead
You have the clarity and confidence to make the right decisions and go after your goals, asking for that promotion, raising your rates, or pursuing that idea that’s been in the back of your mind for a while
You’re thriving in your career or business and life but without measuring your worth on how much you achieve. You’ve now replaced self-criticism with self-compassion
You’re standing up for yourself and have healthy boundaries without feeling like a horrible person. On the contrary, your relationships have improved
You’re making time for yourself regularly, prioritising self-care or activities that feel meaningful to you
You have the tools to deal with challenging situations and manage anxiety without falling apart or letting your emotions take over
Most days, you go to bed feeling hopeful and satisfied because you’ve finally found fulfilment in life and calm in your day-to-day
Meet your CBT, ACT, and EMDR online therapist
I’m Natasha Scullane, and there are two main reasons why I work with successful, confident-looking women with self-doubt, mostly +30:
I used to be in your shoes, and for me therapy was life-changing.
Women like us had to go through our teens and 20s with the pressure to be perfect and always have it together. I admire how we managed to build a life and career with all the external noise and having to deal with mental health challenges that weren’t talked about as much (but that doesn’t mean you have to keep struggling now or settle for an unfulfilling life)
My key qualifications and experience, to ease your mind (literally):
+15 years working for NHS mental health services
Postgraduate diploma in CBT, including 200 hours of client sessions, and training in ACT and EMDR therapy
BA (Hons) in Psychology
That’s also why I know that, even though the NHS is a great service, its huge waitlist is a big obstacle when you want to take charge of your life now. You also wouldn’t get to choose your therapist. So, if you like my approach so far, you don’t have to wait or leave it to chance
How our personalised online therapy will work
Each client has unique experiences, challenges, and goals.
So, I start with an assessment to understand your situation and then I will create a personalised treatment plan, which will probably include a blend of CBT, ACT, and EMDR online therapy.
My priorities during our time together?
Relieving your present symptoms so that you can stop feeling constantly overwhelmed, on edge, or drained
Understanding how your past experiences shaped your negative beliefs and behaviours, resolving them once and for all, stopping them from holding you back… even if not sure your what impact your past has had on you.
(if you’ve gone through a distressing event—as a child or later in life—but didn’t have the time or tools to process it healthily? It could be stuck in your mind and body, no matter how minor it seemed)
Helping you take control of your choices, life, and future. We’ll work towards your goals and, when it’s time to end therapy, create a clear blueprint, making sure you can use your new tools on your own to stay on track and keep leading a fulfilling life
Each session is an investment in yourself and a stepping stone towards an aligned and calmer life, starting from the initial assessment, and the fee is £100
Hear it from clients who used to feel stuck and doubt themselves a lot
Therapy is confidential. So, I’d never reveal their identity (just like I’ll protect your privacy) but here’s what they were excited to share:
FAQs on my CBT, ACT, and EMDR online therapy services

If you’ve read this page thinking “Yep, that’s me”, I’m confident therapy would be the best next step for you, especially if what you’ve already tried didn’t work.
I need to be honest, though. My CBT, ACT, and EMDR online therapy is NOT for you if:
You’re expecting a quick fix or silver bullet – Therapy requires patience, commitment, and trusting the process. That’s how you’ll achieve long-lasting change
You’re not willing to do any work in-between sessions – To gain control over your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, you will need to practice (don’t worry: I’ll provide you with the right exercises, frameworks, and guidance)
You just want to talk, vent, or offload – Then counselling might be a better option for you. My online therapy is for women who want to work towards a specific goal, fix a problem for good, and take charge of their lives
And to set the right expectations: therapy isn’t always easy. It’s normal to feel uncomfortable or discouraged every once in a while. But whenever that happens, I’ll be there to support you
-
If you need immediate support or wouldn’t be able to cope in-between sessions, we wouldn’t be the right fit.
If you’re having suicidal thoughts or are considering harming yourself or ending your life, please go to A&E or call 999.
If you’re experiencing a high-stress situation right now, don’t hesitate to call the Samaritans on 116 123 or text SHOUT on 85258 to receive emotional support
-
In that case, different fees might apply. So, tell me more about your situation by emailing me at hello@natashapsychotherapy.com
-
Yes! They can all be done online (we’ll meet on Zoom).
Not only are they just as effective as they are in person, since they involve the same protocols, techniques, and rapport.
When you do CBT, ACT, or EMDR therapy online, you also get to stay cosy and experience our sessions from the comfort of your home (or wherever you feel safe), without having to drive or park anywhere!
-
That’ll depend entirely on your situation, challenges, and goals. So, I’m afraid I can’t answer that right now because we haven’t gone through our initial assessment yet.
To give you an overall idea:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy involves evidence-based treatment plans to deal with the biggest problem based on your present symptoms
Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing follows proven protocols to address past trauma and challenges, solving them once and for all
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy focuses on getting clarity on what’s important to you, working towards a life and future that feel aligned
So, while you might only need one, it’s likely you’ll benefit from a blend of two or all three of them
-
Again, I can’t tell you this without first having an in-depth assessment.
Most clients need 8-20 sessions, but my approach is simple: we aim for 4, re-assess, and take it from there every time.
Still, you’re free to end therapy whenever you wish, and you’re never required to pay for a bunch of sessions in one go. Booking your initial assessment isn't a commitment to ongoing therapy either: ‘just’ a commitment to finally taking charge of your life
Start leading a life that feels genuinely meaningful and fulfilling for you
You couldn’t control what happened to you in the past. It might seem like you can’t control your present symptoms or overwhelm either.
But with the right blend of CBT, ACT, and EMDR online therapy, you can take control of your future.
I promise: you really don't have to keep struggling, staying stuck, or eventually look back on a life that wasn’t aligned with your goals and values. You deserve to invest in yourself and find confidence, calm, and fulfilment—whatever that means to you
